Touching Lives
Being of service to others can look many different ways. Here is one of my most recent ways of offering service:
One of my dear friends asked me to send the book to Larry Butler, who has been involved with Warner Brothers for over 20 years. He also has had a stellar career managing such artists as Randy Newman and Isaac Hayes. He still assists and manages artists today. A guy who, by most assertions, has “seen it all.” Surely you would consider him a been there, done that kind of a guy. And yet, when you ask about himself, he says “I am just a guy from Ohio.” So humble. So down to earth.
You can imagine how thrilled I was when he offered this review of the book:
“I really enjoyed and identified with so much of what Mindy expressed in her book. Even though I am not a horse person, I have had that experience of communication with a horse in a similar learning environment as she has at her farm. And her way of taking the experience of mucking horse stalls and relating all of that to how we might re-live our lives is brilliant. It is a quick, easy and uplifting read with plenty of references to go deeper, should you choose to. Highly recommended for everyone who is looking for a path.”
WOW! This is what adds meaning to my life. When I can touch the life of another. So incredibly rewarding!
What adds meaning to YOUR life? What makes you feel, deep down, that YOU are making a difference? We want to know!!
We have some VERY exciting things coming up at The Resonant Horse, some of them are so hush-hush we cannot even mention them yet!! But, you will find out soon!! Stay tuned!
Our winter workshop is coming up SOON!! And that we can talk about!
On February 3rd, we will have a writing workshop; we will integrate the incredible learnings the horses offer us with some periods of reflecting and journal writing. How YUMMY is that!!! Still a few spots open! Come join us! Come create more meaning in YOUR life!
-And remember: Awe is all around!
Sincerely, Mindy Tatz Chernoff
